A coalition of leaders

for the good of Chelsea.

Deepening Impact, together as neighbors.

  • Neighbor was uniquely designed to be a third space for Chelsea - to see the true impact that comes from being a neighbor. In the last 15 years, Chelsea has become one of New York’s top tourist destinations and a HUB for the tech industry.

With these changes are new opportunities for us to work together for the good of every neighbor who calls Chelsea home.

The Community Leader Coalition (CLC) is a group of leaders leaders from the public and private sector who are passionate about finding creative ways to collaborate and bridge industries for impact.

Essentially: We are creative, collaborative problem solvers.

  • Neighbor is piloting a Community Leader Coalition (CLC) Inclubator in Spring 2026.

Our pilot incubator will include a group of 5 non-profit leaders who have a specific problem to solve.

Through monthly meetings, resource sharing, and collaboration, our goal is to empower, support and equip changemakers.

This Incubator Pilot is designed for Non-Profit Founders who:

    • Are focused on community efforts in Chelsea

    • Are working in the realm of food scarcity, housing insecurity, youth empowerment and art therapy

    • Have an organizational budget under $500,000

    Stay tuned for more!

Applications for the CLC Incubator Pilot will open in May 2026.

  • If you are a leader in business or tech and would like to learn more about how your company could partner with Neighbor and the CLC, email katie@helloneighbor.nyc.

Nobody moves to New York to be a neighbor, but the longer we’re here, the more we realize just how much we need one.
