Since its founding in 2020, Here to Honor has envisioned end of life as a journey that can actually lead to stronger relationships and being more fully engaged in the present.

We believe that death, as a shared human experience, can be approached with hope and togetherness. Our mission is to cultivate a community around end-of-life learning so that everyone feels supported in facing mortality and equipped to make knowledgeable and loving decisions.

“Open House with Here to Honor” will take place at Neighbor, a radically accessible community space in West Chelsea. We invite you to stop by for a preview of our upcoming events.

Here to Honor Founder Eva Ting and “Death Doula” Emma Lewis Acker will be on hand to talk openly about death and dying. Local art, end-of-life learning activities, and light refreshments will also be in the mix.
